Button & Cork Builders -- From Erin

I saw this idea on one of my favorite sites -- No Time for Flash Cards -- and I can't wait to try it.  I already bought the corks at Target for $10.  You can also find corks at most craft stores.  Both of my classes have been really into building this year, so I'm excited to try this fun, new manipulative in class!  I think it would make a very interesting small group to see if kids could figure out which side of the velcro they need to put together.  It could also be used for planning by creating towers on pictures of different centers and seeing how many kids go to each center.

Let me know if anyone else tries this idea!
